‘Chest-Tre’ is a lovely semi-detached character stone  cottage  in Delabole village, 3 miles from Tintagel, North Cornwall.Camelford 3 miles. Boscastle quaint fishing village only 5 miles. Trebarwith Strand good beach 3 miles & favourite Polzeath beach 10 miles. Beautiful coastal walks along the rugged North Cornwall coastline. A short stroll to the Poldark Inn (food) and The Workmans Inn (food), 'Emily Janes Bakery' shop and a General Stores. A few minutes stroll to Ferndale farm coarse fishing lakes.  Rear enclosed lawn just visible in photo and smaller little lawn on other side of hedge.
Accommodation comprises: Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed.Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 has 1 double bed. Duvets. No suitable room in bedrooms for a cot. Lounge with colour T.V. Dining room.Kitchen with elect cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer. Bathroom with bath, overhead shower. Coal fire in lounge & dining room(logs & coal from garage). Woodburner in entrance hall . Night storage heaters in all bedrooms, lounge & dining room, available individually  at £4 per heater per week each,  if required, payable upon arrival. Electric fire in lounge. Private parking bay opposite for 2 cars. £1 electric meter. No pets.

‘The Tiddy House’ is a really pretty detached little cottage on Yeomadon Farm, near Pyworthy village, 8 miles from the beaches at Bude, North Cornwall.Holsworthy is 3 miles and has a leisure centre with swimming pool; also a golf course.The Eden Project is just over 1  hour away.Plenty of other attractions nearby including National Trust properties and gardens; Dartmoor and the coastal path for walking;Roadford Reservoir for water sports;Clovelly; Dartington Crystal where you can see glass being blown.
A barn conversion (converted during 2002) on a 130 acres dairy farm on the beautiful Devon/Cornwall border.The cottage has been converted to a high standard  with original oak beams and gallery bedroom,with a traditional feel but with modern facilities such as oil fired central heating.The cottage has its own private garden (garden furniture) and parking area. Visitors are welcome to watch milking and other farm activities as well as walk around the farm’s fields,lakes and woodland areas.There are 4 fishing lakes on the farm  with carp up to 20 lbs and the fishing is included in the price. Free use of the farm’s grass tennis court.

A lovely modern house (built 2002) just a 3 minutes stroll down to the beach at Downderry, East Cornwall.  The popular fishing village and beach at Looe is 5 miles. Plymouth 12 miles. Downderry is a quieter, smalll rural coastal village but has a pub adjacent to and overlooking the beach (The Inn On The Shore - good food), Rosery Restaurant, cafe and grocery shop. Adjoining Downderry is tiny Seaton with its beach and the Smugglers Inn and bistro. Downderry beach, although not a huge classic sandy beach, is a pleasant beach of sand and pebbles . Downderry is an active fishing village and fresh crabs & lobsters are available for purchase. An added attraction are the small fishing boats pulled up on the beach.The house is one of a terrace of 8, and provides good standard accommodation.
